  • Your Sound Healing Journey: What to Know

What can I expect from a sound healing session?
During a session, you’ll be invited to relax in a comfortable position—either lying down or seated—while I guide you through calming meditation and play sound healing instruments. Many people experience deep relaxation, reduced tension, and an overall sense of peace.

Do I need any experience with meditation to attend?
Not at all! Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, sound healing is for everyone. The vibrations naturally help guide you into a relaxed state.

What should I bring to a session?
I recommend bringing a yoga mat, a blanket, and a small pillow for comfort. If you prefer, you can also bring an eye mask to help you fully relax.

    What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. Layers are a good idea, as body temperature can fluctuate during deep relaxation.

  • Is Sound Healing Safe for Everyone?

Sound healing is generally safe and accessible for most people, but there are a few situations where extra care is needed. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending a session:

Pacemakers or Implanted Medical Devices – Some sound frequencies, especially low vibrations, may interfere with electronic implants.

Severe Epilepsy – Sound healing may include rhythmic tones that, in rare cases, could trigger seizures in individuals with sound-sensitive epilepsy.

Pregnancy (Especially First Trimester) – While many find sound healing beneficial during pregnancy, some deep vibrations may not be recommended in early stages.

Severe Mental Health Conditions – If you experience conditions such as schizophrenia or PTSD with sound-related triggers, please reach out beforehand to discuss whether sound healing is a good fit for you.

If you have any concerns, I’m happy to chat and help you determine if sound healing is the right choice for you!
